Shipping Policy
At MoonVeil Cosmetics, we want the delivery process to be transparent and easy to understand. This Shipping Policy describes our shipping territory, available delivery speeds, applicable charges, estimated transit times, and the procedures that apply once an order begins its journey to you.
Where We Deliver
MoonVeil Cosmetics currently ships only within the United States. International delivery is not available at this time.
All orders must be submitted with a valid and complete U.S. shipping address. We are unable to process shipments destined for locations outside the United States.
Delivery Services
Customers may choose between the following shipping methods, subject to availability during checkout.
Express Shipping — $15.00
Express Shipping is available when faster transit is preferred.
Estimated transit time: 1–2 business days
Flat shipping charge: $15.00
Express Shipping is an optional paid service and remains subject to the $15.00 charge regardless of order value.
Standard Shipping — $8.00 / Free on $70+
Our regular delivery option includes:
Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days
Shipping charge: $8.00 for orders below $70.00
FREE Standard Shipping on qualifying orders of $70.00 or more
The free-shipping benefit applies to Standard Shipping only. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before the purchase is finalized.
Order Preparation
Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch during regular business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays are typically excluded.
Order processing takes place before carrier transit begins. Therefore, the estimated shipping periods above generally start after the package has been prepared and transferred to the shipping carrier.
High order volumes, promotional periods, holidays, or unexpected operational circumstances may occasionally require additional preparation time.
Understanding Transit Estimates
The delivery windows stated in this policy are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed arrival dates.
Carrier operations can occasionally be affected by severe weather, transportation interruptions, regional service disruptions, seasonal package volumes, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of MoonVeil Cosmetics.
Shipment Tracking
When tracking is available for your order, shipment details will be provided after the package has been dispatched.
Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to register the shipment. The first tracking update may not appear immediately after you receive a shipping confirmation.
Address Review and Corrections
Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information during checkout. Please verify the recipient's name, street address, apartment or unit number if applicable, city, state, and ZIP code before submitting your order.
If you notice an error after your purchase has been placed, contact MoonVeil Cosmetics as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun or the package has entered the carrier network.
Delivery Attempts and Returned Packages
A shipment may be returned if the carrier cannot complete delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or another delivery-related issue.
If your package is returned to us, please contact MoonVeil Cosmetics so we can review the shipment and determine the available resolution. Where permitted by applicable law, additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is required because of inaccurate customer-provided information.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please review the latest carrier tracking information.
For shipments showing an unusual delay, possible loss in transit, or another delivery concern, contact us with your order details. We will review the available shipment information and assist with determining the appropriate next steps.
